Each piece is designed and built for repeated use under normal travel conditions, with materials and structure selected for long-term service. Our warranty exists to support that standard and to ensure confidence in the equipment you rely on.
Every Alpine 1953 product is issued with a 5 year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. If a defect arises due to how the product was made, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
This warranty reflects our expectation that the luggage will remain in service for years of real travel.
Complete the form on our warranty claims page. Include a clear description of the issue. Detailed information allows us to assess the claim efficiently.
Attach proof of purchase to verify warranty eligibility. This may include an order confirmation, receipt, or other documentation showing the original transaction.
Upload clear photographs showing the issue. Images from multiple angles help us accurately assess the condition and determine the appropriate resolution.
