What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?

Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify.

What warranty does Alpine 1953 offer?

All Alpine 1953 products are backed by a 5 year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers defects resulting from materials or workmanship under normal travel use. This includes failures in structural components, trolley systems, handles, wheels, stitching, zippers, and hardware caused by manufacturing faults.

What is not covered under the warranty?

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents, damage caused by misuse or accidents, airline damage beyond normal wear, or modifications made after purchase. Shipping costs for replacement parts are not covered.

Does the warranty cover airline damage?

Airline damage is generally not considered a manufacturing defect. Claims for airline related damage should be filed directly with the carrier at the time of travel.

Are replacement parts available?

Replacement parts may be provided at our discretion. Shipping costs for replacement parts are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Submit a claim through the warranty claims page. You will need proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Once reviewed, we will determine whether the product qualifies for repair or replacement.

Is cosmetic wear normal?

Yes. Scratches, scuffs, and surface wear are expected with regular travel. These do not affect structural integrity and are not considered defects.

Can I repair minor scratches?

Minor scuffs and scratches are cosmetic and typically do not require repair. The matte shell is designed to age naturally with use.
